Blu's Rewards Program

Regarding Our Rewards Points Program
It closes by the end of May 2012 - this is also posted in our blog.

Due to the nature of redeeming rewards points system, it requires inventory of items we stock, later as we run out of stock on things, many items that now qualify may no longer be available at the end of May. If you have enough points for any items that qualify, please redeem now if there is a particular item of interest other wise you can hold out until the end of May then redeem for something.

We will try to keep the rewards program going until at least to the end of May, then we will send out an email to all our customers about redeeming rewards points if they have any. Any of our items we have in our rewards program starts out at 100 points and goes up from there. If you do not have enough points, then you will not be able to redeem an item. If you have at least 75 points, let me know then and I will increase you up 25 points to make it 100 points so you can redeem a qualifying item in the list, we know you have shopped with us a few times just to accumulate that many points!

How The Rewards Points work:

Our Rewards Program allows the customer to collect points per dollar spent. The customer can redeem the points for additional products here on our site when enough points have been collected. The short description below will give you a step by step process on how to redeem the reward points.

Not all of our products are eligible in our Rewards Program. After each product description it will show if it has point rewards or not. All registered customers can view their Reward Points in their "my account" which is called "My Rewards", it will show how many points you have accumulated and by clicking on "View Details", there is also a "Redeem" link that you will click that takes you to a page of products to choose from. When a customer clicks on an item's "Redeem" button it sends an order of it to us, so please try redeem any products directly after you have placed an order so it can be combined in your paid order.

Also, we offer Rewards Gift Certificates in a few dollar dominations so if you have enough points in your rewards account, you can select a Gift Certificate instead of a product, this way you can use it towards anything you'd like. If you redeem the certificate, the system will send you an email with a generated code to use in the checkout area for Gift Certificates on an order. No cash value is awarded on redemption products.

A guideline for our points system:

Each product that is in our Rewards Program will earn you a point for every dollar spent for that item, so if it is a $4. item then you will receive 4 points from that product that you purchased and so on. Note that, if an item is say $1.25 then you will get one point, if the item was $1.50 then you will get 2 points, so the system rounds up or down at the .50¢ amount.

Example using the first line figures: If you purchase an item for $2.25, you are given in your account 2 points then once you have enough points which in this case you would need 100 points to redeem any item valued under $5.00 that is on our redemption page.
