Please be sure to provide your exact billing address and telephone number (i.e. the address and phone number your credit card bank has on file for you). | We accept money orders ONLY for offline ordering. We do not accept personal checks or any other check types. Money orders must clear the bank before your order is shipped out, this might be up to 10 days to clear before your order would ship. |

| For a multiple product order, we will make every attempt to ship all products contained in the order at the same time. Products that are unavailable at the time of shipping will be shipped as they become available, unless you inform us otherwise. You will only be charged for products contained in a given shipment, plus any applicable shipping charges. You will only be charged for shipping at the rate quoted to you on your purchase receipt. The entirety of this shipping charge may be applied to the first product(s) shipped on a multiple shipment order. |

| Your receipt of an electronic or other form of order confirmation does not signify our acceptance of your order, nor does it constitute confirmation of our offer to sell. Blu's Bird Toys reserves the right at any time after receipt of your order to accept or decline your order for any reason or to supply less than the quantity you ordered of any item. |

| As a normal routine, if we have a product out of stock even though you were able to order it, we will notify you for you to advise us on what you would like to do. However, the quicker you repspond the quicker we can get the rest of your order shipped. If an item is due in within 3 days then we may hold your order until then and then ship it. Usually, products ship the same day if ordered by 12:00 PM or by the next business day. Orders received on Saturday, Sunday or any major holiday does not ship until the next available business day. We will keep you informed of any products that you have ordered that are out-of-stock and unavailable for immediate shipment. You may cancel your order at any time prior to shipping. |

| We do not accept returns on parrot related items, period!! This is solely due to help prevent any possible spreading of parrot diseases. This is to protect your birds as well as someone elses or even our own. If there is a problem with your order, please notify us and we will work around the problem of your items that you purchased from us. |

| Shipping Time -- Most orders received before 12:00PM should ship the same day, provided the product ordered is in stock. Most orders received after 2:00 PM will ship the next business day if it is being shipped through the Postal Service. Orders are not shipped on Saturday or Sunday. We also ship on a first come, first serve basis, so if we have a lot of orders a head of your order, then it will be shipped in the order it was received.
We cannot guarantee when an order will arrive. The Postal Service Priority Mail generally takes 2-3 business days if shipped within the U.S.A., if shipped UPS, it can be up to 7 days within the U.S.A. International orders can be 6-10 business days through the Postal Service Priority Mail International. We encourage you to order in a timely fashion to avoid delays caused by shipping or product availability. We do not ship via FedEx as we do not have a local pick up for them here. |

| Our Store shall automatically charge and withhold the applicable sales tax for paid orders within California. For orders shipped to other states, you are solely responsible for all sales taxes or other taxes. |

| In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price due to typographical error or error in pricing information, please notify us promtly so we may correct the issue. If we show a price that was not correct on our part whether it is too high or too low, then we will work over the differences to make both parties satisfied, then fix the error. |
